Control rooms

The Piquant Security operations and control center is manned 24 hours per day. This unifies the decentralized functions of command, administration, logistics and signals. Control personnel are responsible for updating all operational logistics and for keeping clients and management informed of incidents. All sites are in constant radio or telephone contact with Piquant Security’s Control Room.

Piquant Security’s Central Control Room is the critical link. The central station is the nerve center of Piquant Security and is manned around the clock with highly trained and competent personnel. A sense of alertness prevail in the central station as the signals received are automatically decoded by the fully computerized system.

All relevant information is displayed on a computer screen if an incident should occur, immediate reaction is required from the controller, and no incident can be finalized on the system without extensive feedback being fed into it.
